Announcements Submission Form - This form should be submitted no later than one week prior to the Sunday the event is to be announced.
Facility Usage Form - Fill this form out when you need to use any of the church's facilities. This includes the annex, multi-purpose room, and the sanctuary.
Property Usage Form - Fill this form out when you need to use any VTC equipment and/or property.
Request For Reimbursement - Complete this form for reimbursement of church related expenses.
Request For Van Usage - Fill this form out when you need to use the church van.
Webpage Submittal Form - All auxiliary leaders use this form to request a webpage to represent your ministry on this website.
